About John

John T. Meyer is an emerging entrepreneur on the prairie of South Dakota. John is an avid blogger and Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer at 9 Clouds. In 2010, John was named to Bloomberg Businessweek’s Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25.

John has always been an entrepreneur starting his first business in his college dorm room at the age of 22. After college John worked as a management consultant for Accenture in Minneapolis and then in June of 2009, John started his own company, 9 Clouds, a social marketing firm based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. 9 Clouds specializes bringing digital literacy to today’s business leaders and executives.

John’s newest venture is acting as Chief Playground Officer for the Yellow Sandbox. The Yellow Sandbox is online community to help small business owners and entrepreneurs learn and utilize the latest trends and tools on the web.
